Hi Hiring team,
I'm applying for the Graphic Design VA role. I've designed social posts, ads and decks for 4 years, and since May 2024 I've designed for a real estate agency in Singapore.
I design about 25 graphics a week from the agency's brand kit, and 8 in 10 are approved after one round of revisions.
Your listing asks for brand templates and basic video edits. I keep the agency's Canva and Photoshop templates up to date, and I cut short property clips in CapCut.
My portfolio is here: portfolio.example.com. Start with the property ads, which are the closest to this job.
I can work Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm Manila time (GMT+8), part-time, and I can start on 1 November.
My resume is attached. Thank you for reading.

Questions
Where does my portfolio link go?
Right under your name, in the header. Clients choose designers on their past work, so link 8 to 12 pieces, put your best first, and check the link opens without a login.
Should my resume be designed or plain?
Clean and plain. One column with clear headings reads well on a phone and in an applicant system. Let your portfolio show your design.
Which design software should I list?
The tools the listing names, and what you use each one for: Canva for quick social posts, Figma or Illustrator for brand work, Photoshop for retouching.
Do I need video skills too?
For some roles. Our one design listing so far asked for basic video edits too, so add CapCut or Premiere Pro if you've used them. The listing says when video is part of the job.
Should I send it as a PDF or a Word file?
PDF, and keep it small: link your work instead of pasting images into the resume. Our apply form takes PDF, DOC or DOCX files up to 10 MB.
