We are looking for a Digital Marketer with strong expertise in ad strategy and performance marketing. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and experienced in scaling campaigns across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Monitor trends and competitors to refine ad strategies.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or Performance Marketer.
Strong background in paid advertising and ad strategy.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (LinkedIn Ads is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools.
Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience in B2B and/or eCommerce marketing.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management.
Familiarity with landing page optimization and funnels.
Experience scaling ad campaigns.
