Automation Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist who can build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make.com, and AI tools. The ideal candidate will help us automate business processes, reduce friction, and scale operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize automation workflows using GHL, Zapier, and Make.com. Build AI-driven automations to streamline communication, data flow, and customer journeys. Integrate multiple platforms, CRMs, and third-party applications to improve operational efficiency. Map out business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure all workflows run smoothly. Create documentation for automation systems, integrations, and processes. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and tech teams to build scalable systems. Continuously improve processes to reduce manual tasks and friction. Qualifications Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) workflow builder, triggers, and CRM automation. Strong experience with Zapier, Make.com, or similar integration platforms. Hands-on knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, API integrations, AI workflows, bots, automations). Experience automating lead flows, sales processes, and customer onboarding. Ability to analyze business processes and create efficient automation maps. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
