Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Virtual Assistant to support our financial firm’s online presence through strategic organic social media management and recruitment support via Telegram.
This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, audience engagement, and recruitment outreach by managing social media platforms, engaging with online communities, and assisting in candidate sourcing efforts.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, familiar with social media trends, and comfortable communicating within online communities and Telegram groups.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute organic social media content strategies aligned with the finance industry
Manage daily posting schedules and engagement across social media platforms
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally
Create engaging and informative content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
Research and engage with relevant Telegram communities and groups for recruitment and networking purposes
Share recruitment posts, updates, and opportunities within Telegram groups
Serve as an initial point of contact for interested candidates or inquiries through Telegram
Monitor social media and recruitment performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results
Track engagement, audience growth, and recruitment pipeline progress through regular reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media VA or Social Media Assistant
Strong understanding of organic social media growth and engagement strategies
Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram
Excellent written communication and community engagement skills
Ability to create and schedule content consistently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable engaging with online communities and handling recruitment-related communication
