We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day social media management and operational execution.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage recurring tasks efficiently, maintain clear communication, and help streamline workflows through organized systems and processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling social media-related tasks with quick turnaround times.
?Key Responsibilities
Support daily social media management and execution tasks
Translate priorities into a clear and organized weekly execution plan
Handle day-to-day operational tasks with efficiency and consistency
Create simple and reusable templates, systems, and SOPs for recurring workflows
Maintain clear communication through regular status updates and progress tracking
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and raise blockers early
Assist with content coordination, scheduling, and administrative support related to social media operations
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
?Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media VA, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow systems and maintain consistent execution
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media workflows
Ability to work independently and manage recurring tasks efficiently
